Tender Details

The framework agreement will be executed by issuing purchase orders. The services are regulated by unit and fixed prices. The framework agreement covers three components: - Auscultation and in-situ diagnosis of road structure materials departments of Savoie with their equipment and accessories, including associated laboratory services - External control missions - Project management assistance The auscultation and diagnosis missions aim to carry out material investigations and structural instrumentation to make information on the structures more reliable and characterize their operation in order to optimize the work to be carried out. Identification and diagnosis of carcinogenic substances, Mutagenic and Reprotoxic (CMR) concerns the following substances: Asbestos, Lead, Hydrocarbons. External control missions concern controls and expertise during the works phase regarding the supply and implementation of concrete materials, metal, masonry or specific construction techniques such as waterproofing. In the design phases, project management assistance can be requested for the same expertise, upstream of the works phase.
