The purpose of this framework agreement is: - To carry out detailed visual diagnostics of civil engineering works (reservoirs, tarpaulins, valve chambers, sewage treatment plants, discharge stations, storm spillways, basins and raw water structures) in order to to identify disorders, pathologies and structural risks; - To carry out structural investigations (in situ auscultation, laboratory tests, instrumentation, structural verifications) and specific studies linked to installations particular (photovoltaic solar, hydroelectric); - To produce contractual deliverables (diagnostic report with identification of disorders, rating of the urgency of the work, rehabilitation recommendations) and to ensure the monitoring of missions and quarterly reporting in accordance with the provisions of the CCAP.
