This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for other than commercial items prepared in accordance with far part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation is issued as request for quotes (rfq) 246-19-q-0044.
This procurement is 100% small business set-aside under naics code 316210 with a standard business size of 1000 employees.
Contractor shall provide a firm, fixed-price rate for compression stockings and diabetic shoes to include pedorthist services. Please review the statement of work and quote schedule. The period of performance for this requirement is approximately one year.
Questions are due no later than friday may 17, 2019 12:00pm cst. Questions shall not be answered after this date. The closing date for receipt of quotes is wednesday may 29, 2019.
