Title : DHCS CalARM RFP

Description : The purpose of this Request for Proposal (hereafter referred to as ¿solicitation¿) is to obtain proposals from qualified bidders to provide the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) and the State of California (hereafter referred to as ¿State¿) with implementation and operation of the California Accounts Receivable Management solution. The California Accounts Receivable Management solution shall be a commercially available Cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution for the automated identification, calculation, recovery, and reconciliation of Medi-Cal expenses, to achieve the business outcomes defined in the Statement of Work, as well as to replace and consolidate the legacy applications and manual processes. (Hereafter referred to as ¿the California Accounts Receivable Management (CalARM)¿).
