Products or services: Letrozole The purpose of contracting "SUMINISTRO DE LETROZOLE" is to continuously fulfill the care work that has been entrusted to our Institution, establishing the conditions that allow achieving the most advantageous among all the benefits of the good or service to be acquired, and all its associated costs, present and future (Art. 37 of the Regulations), according to the following detail: ITEM 1 INTERNAL CODE DESCRIPTION 01-001-219-049 LETROZOLE 2.5 MG CM UNIT OF MEASUREMENT COMPRESSED ESTIMATED AMOUNT (36 MONTHS) 1, 212, 480 "At the time of awarding, the hospital may increase or decrease by up to 30% of the quantities estimated in these bidding rules, in accordance with the available budgets, and without altering the principle of strict subjection to the bases of equality of the bidders." (*) It is established that the quantities of products and/or services are of variable flow, which means that the Hospital does not commit to acquiring specific quantities in a manner periodic, it will be according to the requirements of the hospital, so in no case will minimum purchase stock be set, nor totals, so the successful bidder or bidders will be unable to indicate minimum quantities for dispatch. Likewise, the issuance of the respective Purchase Orders and the effective acquisition of the goods and/or services will be strictly subject to the effective budget availability of the institution, which will be endorsed in the respective Certificate of Budget Availability (CDP) issued prior to each requirement. Likewise, it is noted that this bidding process will be carried out by awarded item (line), for which each supplier may bid for one item of those indicated in this point, for more than one item. of one or all of them, each item corresponding to a product or service line.
