The subject of the public contract is the conclusion of a concession contract for a period of 5 years for a service consisting in the provision of secure telecommunications services to persons serving detention, imprisonment and security detention (hereinafter also "service").
Part of the subject of the concession is outside other:
and)
the provision of secure telecommunications services (telephone calls and video calls) to persons in custody, serving prison terms and serving security detention (hereinafter also "prisoners") in the contracting authority's organizational units,
b)
provision (provision, installation, commissioning and leaving for use) telephone devices and video-terminals for non-cash payments in a primarily anti-vandal design (the anti-vandal design does not have to include cellular and wireless devices) and related infrastructure,
C)
providing support, maintenance and data, ensuring readiness and availability of telecommunications services,
d)
provision of software for working with the obtained data,
E)
provision of free secure storage of made calls, video calls and devices for monitoring calls and video calls in organizational units,
F)
ensuring the storage and archiving of secure communications and access information to the data.
