This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Halifax Regional Water Commission (“Halifax Water”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for RFP P06.2026 - Dewatered Biosolids Hauling as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).
Halifax Water seeks qualified proponent(s) to supply and operate their own tractors to haul Halifax Water owned trailers used for the transport of dewatered biosolids generated at Halifax Water-s wastewater treatment facilities and delivered to the Biosolids Processing Facility (BPF).
