Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number for this requirement is 9531BM24Q0010. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2024-05This requirement is issued under full and open competition. The associated NAICS code is 511210, “Software Publishers".
Description of RequirementThe NTSB has a requirement to renew Devolutions brand name software licenses and premium support. The required items are listed in Section L - Required Supplies/Services of the attached solicitation.
The period of performance is from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025.
Note: the software manufacturer has granted the NTSB a courtesy extension on the current license subscription through 5/13/2024. The actual period of performance start date is May 1, 2024, and will be reflected on the resulting purchase order.
Basis for AwardThis RFQ will result in the award of one (1) fixed-price purchase order. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the NTSB.
The Government may award one (1) firm fixed-price purchase order to the responsible offeror whose quote conforms to the RFQ and represents the best value to the Government based on the following factors:
