The digital development of the island territory constitutes a determining issue for the Corsican Community. From this perspective, access to high and very high speed networks, whether fixed or mobile, represents an essential lever for development. In order to strengthen the actions undertaken to date, the Community intends to invest fully in the field of mobile telephony. As part of the interinstitutional agreement concluded on January 14, 2018 between mobile telephone operators, the Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications, Posts and Press Distribution (ARCEP) and the State - commonly referred to as the Mobile New Deal -, the identification and prioritization of areas poorly or not covered by the mobile networks are the responsibility of local authorities, via their dedicated project teams
