Each lot will be awarded separately. Services are paid by fixed prices. The estimated amounts are indicative. The Croix d'Argent district is located to the south of the city of Montpellier. It is one of the neighborhoods experiencing considerable population growth. It is a changing neighborhood, having mainly developed just over 30 years ago. A plot of land of 11, 950 m² is intended to accommodate a school group of 447 students and a nursery with 68 cradles. THE school group has been under construction since the fall of 2025.
