Development work on public spaces from Lutèce to Valenton (94) - VRD and soil regeneration This consultation concerns the carrying out of development work on public spaces from Lutèce to Valenton - VRD and soil regeneration. She is part of the more general framework of the Lutèce Urban Renewal Project in the commune of Valenton. This market includes: - The development of the access road to lots 1, 2b (building 2) and 2c (building 3) (as defined on the plan development provided), from avenue du Champ-Saint-Julien; - The construction of trenches for the diversion work of the concessionary networks (RCU, EP, EU, Gaz, HTA, AEP); - The construction of the temporary access road to the Center car park Educational and Cultural (CEC), from rue du Colonel Fabien, in order to support the delivery of the building; - The construction of the final sidewalk at the foot of the facade of the CEC, on Allée Claude Debussy in order to support the delivery of the building. All of the market services will be remunerated by applying the unit prices set in the price schedule to the quantities actually executed. An on-site visit is mandatory. The offer of a candidate who has not carried out this visit will be declared irregular.
