This consultation concerns the carrying out of development work on public spaces from Lutèce to Valenton - VRD and soil regeneration. It is part of the more general framework of the Lutèce Urban Renewal Project in the commune of Valenton. This market includes: - The development of the access road to lots 1, 2b (building 2) and 2c (building 3) (as defined on the development plan provided), from avenue du Champ-Saint-Julien; - The creation of trenches for the rerouting work on concessionary networks (RCU, EP, EU, Gaz, HTA, AEP); - The construction of the temporary access road to the parking lot of the Educational and Cultural Center (CEC), from rue du Colonel Fabien, in order to support the delivery of the building; - The construction of the final sidewalk at the foot of the CEC façade, on Allée Claude Debussy to support the delivery of the building. All market services will be remunerated by applying unit prices to the quantities actually executed. set out in the price list. An on-site visit is mandatory. The offer of a candidate who has not carried out this visit will be declared irregular.
