The operation concerns work to fit out premises (602 m2 of usable space) located at 168-170 rue Joseph II in Brussels and belonging to the Grand Est Region, with a view to accommodating agents and partners of the Brussels Region House who must leave the building currently occupied. The work concerns interior fittings (offices, meeting rooms, toilets, server room, kitchen) on 4 levels and the upgrading of electrical and ventilation installations. The expected services are broken down into trades: preparatory work and installation of construction site, demolitions, metal constructions, exterior carpentry, partitions, plastering and rendering, interior carpentry, screed, floor and wall covering, painting, electrical installation, ventilation and sanitary installation. This single lot contract is split. It includes four installments optional (TO): TO1: Complete renovation Sanitary facilities R+1, TO2: Complete renovation Sanitary facilities R+2, TO3: Complete renovation Meeting room R-1 and TO4: Complete renovation Kitchen R-1. Three Optional Additional Services (PSE) are also planned: PSE imposed 1 Anti-intrusion control unit, Imposed PSE 2 Ground floor chassis on the street side and imposed PSE 3 Removable PMR ramp.
