The works contract includes the development of the Courrery site, communal land in the heart of the town, adjoining the multi-reception crèche structure and the cultural center. The Courrery site, with an area of ​​almost 2 hectares, is located between rue des Prés (RD 70) and rue de la Libération (RD 182).
