The project consists of the development of a building located Rue de Bethlem, 36 in 6000 CHARLEROI and intended for the accommodation and support of women in difficulty. The main works concern: - insulation of the building: walls and roof; - replacement of all exterior joinerylater; - the interior layout adequate for the function: new interior joinery, new partitions; - openings of bays; - paint ; - replacement of the entire electrical installation; - the replacement of oil boilers with one or more gas boilers and adapting themations required in boiler rooms; - replacement of sanitary equipment;
