The purpose of this contract is to carry out work to fit out event spaces in the A6K building. It is divided into 3 distinct lots: - Lot 1: Scenographic development Creation of new tailor-made light installations on the level +2, in the A6K building, located 1, Square des Martyrs - 6000 Charleroi. These facilities are included in the ATRIUM zones which is a relaxation and gathering space, and THERMAE which is a new double-height multi-purpose space. - Lot 2: Custom furniture Creation of a set of custom furniture on level +2, in the A6K building, located 1, Square des Martyrs - 6000 Charleroi. These facilities are included in the ATRIUM outdoor area which is a space for relaxation and gathering. - Lot 3: Partitioning of event spaces Creation of a partitioning of event spaces for the CIRCUS MAXIMUS space consisting of the creation: • mainly of 1 to 5 privatized operating spaces (3 x 95 m² and 2 x 85 m² at floor) which will be separated by movable curtains suspended from a set of guide rails equipped with switches allowing their creation • but also other subdivisions: - 85 m² + 95 m² contiguous, - 85 m² + 2 x 95 m² contiguous, - 2 x or 3 x 95 m² contiguous, each of these spaces can be opened on one side and - a single space of 3 x 95 m² + 2 x 85 m².
