1)The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN, through the 20% LGDF CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Fifty Two Thousand Pesos (Php 2, 152, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Water System. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2)The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BALINGOAN now invites bids for Development of Water System. Completion of the Works is required 60 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed, within five years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
