Tender Details

The development of cycle route 52 is part of a sustainable development approach which is characterized by welcoming all non-motorised audiences and the enhancement of landscaped and ecological heritage.

This cycle development, with a length of 47.4 km, including 2.2 km in the territory of Chateau-Thierry outside the study, will be carried out on the existing towpath, located on the right bank of the river Marne going from the limits of the departments of Marne to Trelou-sur-Marne and of Seine et Marne to Crouttes-sur-Marne .

The route of the V52 crosses the municipalities of Crouttes-sur-Marne, Charly-sur-Marne, Saulchery, Romeny-sur-Marne, Azy-sur-Marne, Essomes-sur-Marne, Chateau-Thierry, Brasles, Gland, Mont-Saint-Pere, Charteves, Jaulgonne, Barzy-sur-Marne, Passy-sur-Marne, Trelou-sur-Marne.

This consultation concerns the establishment of parcel files, the production of documentssurveys and additional topographical surveys necessary for the development of cycle route No. 52 between Crouttes-sur-Marnes and Trelou-sur-Marne.

The municipalities of Trelou-Sur-Marne and Chateau-Thierry are off the market .

The services can only be provided by companies availableof an expert surveyor registered on the roll of the order of expert surveyors and approved by the Administration for the establishment of documents amending the cadastral plot.
