The subject of the order is the development of a variant concept for the renovation and reconstruction of retaining structures and technical documentation of the renovation/reconstruction of retaining structures located along Polna and Zahańcze streets in Suwałki. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3. The contractor is obliged to ensure execution the subject of the contract by persons with appropriate professional qualifications appropriate to the functions that will be entrusted to them. 4. Due to the fact that the documentation developed by the Contractor will constitute a description of the subject of the order constituting an attachment to SWZ for the implementation of construction works in accordance with the Act of September 11, 2019 Public Procurement Law. The Contractor undertakes to prepare documentation in such a way that it meets all the requirements of the Public Procurement Law. 5. Design documentation in the scope description of the proposed materials and devices should be made in accordance with Art. 99 of the Public Procurement Law.
