Development of urban mobility in the Nowy Dwór County: Construction of a bicycle path with accompanying infrastructure in the Nasielsk Commune 1. The subject of the order is an investment task entitled: "Development of urban mobility in the district Nowy Dwórskie: Construction of a bicycle path with accompanying infrastructure in the Nasielsk Commune. The scope of the order includes section no. 5 from the PFU. 2. The subject of the order will be implemented in two stages: 1) Stage I - preparation of documentation design, 2) Stage II - execution of construction works. 3. The subject of the order will be implemented in the "design and build" formula. 4. Construction works may commence only after the design documentation has been approved by Ordering Party. 5. The Contractor is obliged to develop and agree with the Supervision Inspector and the Ordering Party a Work Program (material and financial schedule) regarding the entire order, including in particular the stage of preparing documentation design, obtaining the required decisions and arrangements and carrying out construction works, which will include how the order will be carried out while maintaining the continuity of the facility's operation. 6. The Ordering Party requires the Contractor to carry out the work throughout the entire period of execution of the item order ensured the continuity of civil liability insurance in the scope of activities related to the subject of the order in an amount corresponding at least to the price of the submitted offer. 7.Possible pollution and waste...
