The subject of the order is the design and build formula for a full cycle of construction works, preparation of design documentation, obtaining a building permit and other necessary permits and arrangements, execution of construction works and preparation of documentation. as-built with as-built maps of the scope specified in the functional and utility program (hereinafter referred to as PFU) constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ.
