I. Description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order, in accordance with the attached Functional and Utility Program (FFU), is the implementation of the investment task entitled Reconstruction and expansion of the existing marina near Lake Jamno in Koszalin in the design and development formula build, as part of the project entitled Development of tourism on Lake Jamno co-financed by the European Funds for Western Pomerania 2021-2027 Program (FEPZ), including: 1. Conducting an assessment and preparing a report on the impact of the project on environment in order to obtain an environmental decision; For this task, the Ordering Party will prepare and submit to the Mayor of Mielno an application for a decision on environmental conditions. After considering the application, the Mayor of Mielno will issue a resolution OGK.6220.18.2025.MG of December 11, 2025 regarding the obligation to conduct an environmental impact assessment of the project and suspend the proceedings until the environmental impact report is submitted.
