This contract concerns urban study services and decision support making it possible to stabilize the overall development framework in sectors often involving a multiplicity of project owners and territorial stakeholders, a interweaving of themes, issues and public policies as well as complex temporalities. The objective of the purchase order market is therefore to be able to entrust its holders with the carrying out of different types of urban studies: reference plans or urban scoping studies on strategic sites or vectors of development dynamics and urban re-development. The various studies will mobilize skills in town planning, architecture, landscape are necessary to support certain analyses. They will also be able to mobilize, more occasionally, pre-operational programming and consultation skills. These missions can operate throughout the metropolitan territory, including in the Districts City policy. This is a multi-award purchase order market.
