In fulfillment of the relevant contract, the contractor is expected to carry out the following activities:
- Development of an investment project in the technical phase project, according to the requirements of Ordinance No. 4/21.05.2001 on the scope and content of investment projects. The investment project must be in accordance with the current normative documents, regulations and standards. The scope of the investment project depending on the type, purpose, size and location of the designed object and the requirements to the design solutions, and includes the relevant project parts, according to Art. 3, para. 1 of Regulation No. 4/21.05.2001, detailed in the technical specifications, part of the participation documentation
- Author supervision during construction, including:
- Monitoring the accurate and correct implementation of the investment project approved by the contracting authority
- Consulting the contracting authority for the necessity and expediency of the requested or necessary changes to the approved investment project
- Carrying out inspections regarding the state of the construction and giving decisions regarding the problems that arose during the construction, in connection with the implementation of the investment project, as in in case a given problem cannot be solved immediately on the spot, assuming the obligation to carry out the necessary studies and propose the corresponding solutions
