Development of a technical project for the construction of a "Building for residential care for the elderly without disabilities" and carrying out author's supervision during construction The aim of the project is to create a specialized social service - residential care for the elderly without disabilities. The building will be located in UPI VIII 1718, 2818, 2821, quarter 105A according to the PUP of the city of Kotel, obodren, corresponding to the PI with identifier 39030.501.2914 according to the KKKR of the city of Kotel. To at the present moment, the regulated property intended for the construction of a building for residential care for the elderly without disabilities is undeveloped. It is accessed via the adjacent street from the south. The project must contain: - Part Architecture; - Part Technological; - Part Geology; - Part Geodesy; - Part Constructive; - Part of HVAC; - Part C and K; - Part Energy efficiency; - Part Electro; - Fire safety section; - Part Park planning and landscaping; - Safety plan and health; - Construction waste management plan. The scope and content of the individual project parts of the Technical Project must comply with REGULATION No. 4 OF MAY 21, 2001 ON THE SCOPE AND CONTENT OF INVESTMENT PROJECTS.
