The subject of the order is the development of documentation design at the Study stage Preparation of a Technical, Economic and Environmental Study with elements of the program concept along with complete materials for issuing an Environmental Decision Conditions for the task Construction of the Łuków bypass along national roads No. 63 and 76. The Design Documentation that is the subject of the order consists of, among others: from the following design studies (or sets of design studies) for three pre-prepared route variants: -analysis and forecast studies traffic, -promotional materials for information meetings with the public, -opracowania mapy do celów projektowych, -geological, hydrogeological and geotechnical studies, -opracowania środowiskowe, -materiały do przeprowadzenia oceny i audytu BRD, - materials after the road safety audit, -economic and financial studies, - technical studies, with design solutions in the field of road, bridge and related industries, - providing answers at the stage of the tender procedure. Subject of the order was divided into the basic scope and the optional scope (option law).
