1. The subject of the order is the development of technical documentation for the adaptation of MDS under the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for 2025-2026.2. A detailed description of the elements of the subject of the order is attached: Appendix No. 4 to SWZ SOPZ. 3. If the documentation would indicate the Ordering Party's trademarks, patents or origin in relation to certain materials and devices, in accordance with Art. 99(5) of the Act allows for the submission of equivalent products. Any products from specific manufacturers, specify minimum quality parameters and functional features that the goods must meet in order to meet the requirements set by the Ordering Party and constitutes only a quality standard of the subject of the order. By recording the minimum requirements for quality parameters, the Ordering Party understands the requirements of goods contained in generally available sources, catalogs and manufacturers' websites.
