Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is the development of technical assessments and documentation for the adaptation of Koszalin County facilities to the function of emergency shelter places (MDS) as part of the tasks assigned to the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program (OLiOC Program) in accordance with requirements of the Ordering Party.2. The subject of the order includes the development/preparation of 11 complete assessments for each of the 11 objects indicated in the annex to the detailed description of the subject of the contract and 1 collective study and in the case of a positive assessment/s for given facility(s), preparation of separate adaptation documentation and a list of works for this/these facility(s), meeting the requirements of the Ordering Party. 3. In the event of a negative assessment of the possibility of organizing MDS for a given facility, the Contractor will not preparing MDS adaptation documentation or a list of works for MDS. In such a case, the Contractor will be obliged to prepare a study for this facility, which must include a clear justification for the inability to organize MDS, an indication of obstacles technical, functional or legal, recommendations for further action, as well as an assessment of the potential use of the facility or its uses...
