3. The subject of the order concerns the design and implementation of: - reconstruction of the road lane of district road No. 2147P in the town of Rybno Wielkie, commune. Kiszkowo, approximately 0.77 km long. The task concerns in particular the design and construction of a bicycle path on the above-mentioned section (including an approx. 48 m long section of the road for pedestrians and bicycles). The scope of the order includes the performance of all work necessary for the proper functioning of the designed elements of public roads in accordance with applicable law. Please do all of them necessary design studies, obtain on behalf of and on behalf of the Ordering Party the necessary opinions and technical conditions, all arrangements, permits, authorizations, derogations, decisions and approvals necessary for the performance of the contract.
