Specific Objectives to Determine the net satisfaction corresponding to individual and institutional users of the Information Service. Civil Registry and Identification, both with respect to in-person services, those provided through the electronic platform and mobile applications in relation to the level of quality of the care provided by the aforementioned entity. b Determine the variation experienced by the ISN compared to the previous year. c Analyze the result corresponding to the ISN 2026 and the differences presented with respect to that obtained the previous year, considering a quantitative and qualitative analysis. d Evaluate using pilot survey, the net satisfaction of office users and web users, through an alternative survey methodology.
