1) The subject of the order is the development of design documentation and implementation of construction works, entitled: Development of the Space Technology Park (Stage I). Construction of a modular office building made of prefabricated elements.2) The subject of the intention construction is a two-story office building, constructed as a modular building from prefabricated elements. It is allowed to combine modular and traditional technologies. 3) The building will be located on plot number 15/42 obrb 55, ul. Antoniego Wysocki 1, 66-002 Zielona Gra - Nowy Kisielin. Dziaka is covered by the local spatial development plan - Resolution No. LXI.1051.2023 of the Zielona Gra City Council of May 30, 2023 on amending the local spatial development plan for the northern part Lubuski Industrial and Technology Park in Zielona Gra.4) Planned building parameters: number of floors: 2; usable area min. 216 m2.
