VA, in partnership with the Ministry of Public Health and Population (MSPP) and Johns Hopkins University, have launched a multi-
micronutrient supplement (SMM) assessment process for pregnant women in Haiti.
VA is looking for a social marketing agency that will be tasked with using formative knowledge to develop a communication plan and
design a strategic plan that will:
1. Use marketing strategies and cultural lenses, interpret normative findings across key populations
2. Set up a communication plan and a strategic plan
3. Conceptualize and execute activities
