Description of the provision: Contract of services for the development, implementation and improvement of the "FlexiTransport Catalunya" digital platform. The main objectives to be achieved with this contract are: - Build technical solutions that cover the generic requirements applicable to multiple modules of the platform.- Develop advanced functionalities for the BackOffice that significantly improve the operational management of on-demand transport services, including advanced filtering, management of tenants, control of vehicles and drivers, management of zones and stops, configuration of services, management of reservations and incidents, and comprehensive management of users. - Implement improvements for the Driver App that provide more detailed information on reservations and facilitate the delegation of journeys.- Optimize the Client App to improve the experience of end users in making reservations and tracking trips.- Ensure the availability of the system with guarantees of 99.5% during the contract period.- Train the administrators of the platform at the level of operational management and maintenance.- Guarantee the corrective maintenance of the new functionalities implemented during the contract period.
