Tender Details

1. The subject of the order is: expansion of the currently used Hospital Information System (SSI) with new software and their integration with the systems currently used by the Ordering Party. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ (Description of the Subject of the Order). 3. Place of order fulfillment: ul. Grenadierów 51/59, 04-073 Warszawa. 4. Detailed conditions for the implementation of the subject of the order are specified in the OPZ - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ and the draft contract constituting Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 5. The delivery of the software (part of the order no. 1, 2 and 3) will be carried out electronically (sending the subject of the order via e-mail). 6. The Ordering Party allows the submission of partial offers divided into: three parts of the order according to the following division: 1) Part of order No. 1 - IT Environment Management software; 2) Part of the order no. 2 - antivirus and security software; 3) Part of order no. 3 - IT monitoring software. 7. The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order in a manner that does not violate the "do no significant harm" (DNSH) principle in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2020/852 (EU Taxonomy).
