This market is a work market. The purpose of this market is the development of section 2 of the Cyclostrade of the Dyle (Av Albert Ier-rue Montagne du Stimont) in Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve. The work will be carried out along and partly on the Infrabel and SNCB domain. The contractor will have to comply with a series of standards imposed by Infrabel for the execution of the work along the railway track. References to these different standards are included in article 35.
