Tenders are invited for Development of Scientific Design Documents, Design Documents (Design Stage Level) and Technical Part of Bidding Documents for the Subproject: Zaraysk Historic Core Regeneration (Zaraysk, Moscow Oblast)
The consulting services (hereinafter “the Services”) include:

• conducting all surveys, explorations and other preliminary tasks required for

preparation of the Design documents, including section on restoration;

• preparation of the Design documents and obtaining their approval under the

applicable law of the Russian Federation;

• preparation of technical part of bidding documents to the extent necessary and

sufficient for selection of a Contractor under Sub-Project for Zaraysk Historic Core

Regeneration (Zaraysk, Moscow Oblast) (hereinafter “Sub-Project”), complying with

the requirements and guidelines set out in the latest editions of the International

Bank for Reconstruction and Development (IBRD) standard documents and in the

NDB's Procurement Policy (2018 version and subsequent amendments thereto, i. e.

2020 V1).
