Invitation to Bid for the Development of School Facilities at Santiago National High School, Santiago, Ilocos Sur
1) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur, through the Appropriation Ordinance No. 2026-05 intends to apply the sum of PhP1, 672, 032.98 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of School Facilities at Santiago National High School, Santiago, Ilocos Sur-PGIS-123-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur now invites bids for the Development of School Facilities at Santiago National High School, Santiago, Ilocos Sur. Completion of the Works is required within 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB).
