1) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, through the 20% DEVELOPMENT FUND and FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos only (₱ 2, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for DEVELOPMENT OF RESILIENT MUNICIPAL PARK AND PLAZA UNDER SMART-DEVELOPMENT GREEN AVENUE (PHASE III). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2) The Local Government Unit of Arakan, now invites bids for DEVELOPMENT OF RESILIENT MUNICIPAL PARK AND PLAZA UNDER SMART-DEVELOPMENT GREEN AVENUE (PHASE III) Completion of the Works is required 120 calendar days.
