Invitation to Bid for Development of Relocation Site
1. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur, through the 5% LDRRMF CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Five Pesos and 43/100 Centavos (Php 1, 999, 995.43) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Development of Relocation Site at Tapaz, Sta. Josefa, Agusan del Sur with Contract Ref No. 25-98 GI. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Provincial Government of Agusan del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 60 CD. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders).
