The subject of the order is the development of the external area of plot no. 39, located at ul. Mynowa in Krakowiany, including: a) Construction of a recreational gazebo with equipment, b) Construction of small architectural objects, i.e.: - garden grill 1 piece - benches park 10 pcs. - garbage bins 8 pcs. - park hammocks 2 pcs. - bicycle racks 2 pcs. - regulation board 1 pc. c) Construction of swirl paths using the Hansegrande technology, hardened areas made of 8 cm thick concrete cubes and construction of the surface grass, d) Lighting the area, i.e. installing 5 park lamps, e) tidying up and leveling the investment area, f) making all necessary arrangements, opinions, decisions, etc. required for the execution of the order at each stage of the order execution and incurring related costs, g) obtaining on behalf of the Ordering Party a permit to use the facility or a notification of completion of work and intention to use it, h) surveying services for the performance of the works, including post-construction measurement, i) preparation of as-built acceptance documentation.
