PART I: Hardening of the area near the urban reservoir in Czyca 2. Detailed description of the subject of the contract for construction works in accordance with Art. 103 of the Public Procurement Law was described using design documentation and technical implementation specifications acceptance of construction works. These documents constitute annexes to this SWZ OPZ, Annex No. 5. 3. PART I The bills of quantities attached to the SWZ are of an auxiliary nature. Due to the fact that the Contractor's remuneration indicated in the offer will be a lump sum, the Contractor when pricing the offer, it should be based on the scope indicated in the technical documentation constituting an annex to the SWZ. The occurrence, during the execution of the contract, of works not included in the bill of quantities or works in a larger quantity than that assumed in the bill of quantities will not be entitled the Contractor to demand additional remuneration if these works were included in the technical documentation.5. Construction works should be performed in accordance with the attached design documentation, guidelines specified in the terms of reference, technical knowledge and construction arts, occupational health and safety and fire protection regulations, in accordance with the recommendations of the supervisory inspector.6.
