Tender Details

The subject of the order is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a publicly accessible, permanent recreational pier along with beach and swimming pool equipment in the town of Janwko, Brzozie commune, on plot no. 29, as part of the task entitled Space development recreation and relaxation within Lake Janwko. The scope of the order includes in particular: - dismantling the existing floating pier and tidying up the area, including partial removal of the reed bed; - construction of a recreational pier with a steel and wooden structure, built on steel piles, with an observation deck, stairs, walking path, fishing stations and lights; - construction of balustrades, ladders and solar lighting installation; - delivery and assembly of small architecture elements and equipment, in in particular: benches, loungers, umbrellas, waste bins, educational boards, an observation telescope and a slide for children; - carrying out all accompanying, reconstruction and cleaning works necessary for the proper implementation of the investment.
