Description : 1) The Dangerous Drugs Board (DDB), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) 2025 intends to apply the sum of Three Million Pesos (PHP 3, 000, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the consulting services Procurement of Service for the Development of Records Management System (RMS). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
2) The DDB now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the Procurement of Service for the Development of Records Management System (RMS). Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on or before 07 July 2026 at 9:00 AM, at 3rd Floor DDB-PDEA Bldg., National Government Center, NIA Road, Brgy. Pinyahan, Quezon City. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
