Development of the public space of Wałowy Square as part of the project "Revitalization of the Lower Town and Wałowy Square together with Stare Przedmieście in Gdańsk" 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment task entitled: Space development public Wałowy Square as part of the project "Revitalization of the Lower Town and Wałowy Square together with the Old Suburb in Gdańsk." The order is carried out in the "design and build" formula and in the "build" formula - it includes preparation of documentation design and execution of construction works. 2. For the purposes of executing the order, an Agreement was signed between the Municipality of Gdańsk and Gdańska Infrastruktura Wodociągowo-Kanalizacja Sp. z o. o., with the participation of DRMG. 3.This order is co-financed by the European Union from the European Funds for Pomerania Regional Program (FEP) for 2021-2027 as part of the project "Revitalization of the Lower Town and Wałowy Square together with the Old Suburb in Gdańsk - Phase II". 4. Scope of the subject orders include: 4.1. The order includes two scopes divided into the following acceptance items: a) Scope No. 1 Securing the municipal building at ul.
