It aims to involve potential operators upstream and to collect their information and proposals concerning possible solutions for such a system before the launch of a formal market, while also involving Brussels stakeholders in the bicycle sector in order to benefit from their expertise and their knowledge of the local context. This RFI is without obligation: participation is free and does not create any obligation or right to possible subsequent contracts. The elements obtained will be used by Brussels Mobility to prepare a possible subsequent (tender) procedure; however, participation in this RFI does not confer any advantage or disadvantage in a subsequent offer phase.
