Tender Details

1. The subject of the contract is the implementation by the Contractor of key tasks under the project titled: "Development of public e-services for residents of the Koźmin Wielkopolski commune."

2. For the works referred to in section 1 consists of the following tasks:

1) Building a platform of electronic public services in the field of:

a) communication interface for e-service recipients,

b) field system in the area of local taxes,

c) domain system for municipal waste management,

d) domain system for managing and executing fees,

e) electronic document circulation system (document management i correspondence),

f) a system providing information on budget implementation and organizing the financial and accounting system,

2) Adapting the current environment to new modules

3) Purchase and implementation of software/registers for system cybersecurity

4) Training for employees

3. W as part of the implementation of the subject matter of the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged in particular to:

2 point 1,

2 point 1;

4) integration delivered solutions with the Ordering Party's Software and Central Software;

5) providing the required licenses or transfer of copyrights to the software comprising the entire delivered product develop...
