1. The subject of the order are services consisting in the development of design documentation for a construction project together with submitting an application for a building permit and preparing an executive design, investor cost estimates, bills of quantities and technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works, for the task titled Construction of a shelter (U-1) with the function of temporary parking of vehicles for the purpose of securing the implementation of civil protection and civil defense tasks, including the evacuation of people; in accordance with the Acts of July 7, 1994 Law construction (Journal of Laws 2026, item 524, as amended), and the Acts of April 10, 2003 on specific rules for the preparation and implementation of investments in the field of public roads. The subject of the order should meet the requirements of the Regulation of the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration of November 4, 2025 on technical conditions for protective structures and technical conditions for their use and location (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1548). The task is financed by the Civil Protection and Civil Defense Program for the years 2025-2026.
