Brief description of the subject of the order: a) The subject of this order is the service consisting in the development of design documentation for the renovation of the bridge over the Vistula River along ul. Dietla (Grunwaldzki Bridge). b) The Ordering Party described the subject of the order by means of: draft provisions of the contract (PPU) constitutingAnnex No. 2 to SWZ, material scope constituting Annex No. 6 to SWZ.c) The minimum warranty period is 12 months and the maximum warranty period is 24 months. Offers containing a warranty period shorter than 12 months will be rejected. d) The Ordering Party does not require employment by a contractor or subcontractingcontractor based on the employment relationship of persons performing activities related to the implementation of the order. e) The selected Contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the order in accordance with the requirements specified in the Act of January 11, 2018 on electromobility and alternative fuels (Journal of Laws of 2023, item .875).A detailed description of the requirements in this respect is included in the SWZ.f) Before submitting the offer, the Contractor is obliged to conduct a site visit. Failure of the Contractor to conduct an on-site inspection will result in rejection of his offer in accordance with Art. 226 section 1 point 18 of the Public Procurement Law
