Development of project documentation and performance of copyright supervision for the construction of the apartment building Francouzská 61 The subject of the public contract is the processing of complete project documentation and related activities for the subsequent implementation of the project entitled "Apartment building Francouzská 61", the aim of which is the removal of the original building and the construction of an apartment building at the address Francouzská 395/61, 602 00 Brno-Zábrdovice, lot no. 252 and 253 in the district of Zábrdovice. The project documentation will be processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, technical standards and in accordance with the "Standards for new construction of municipal apartment buildings", which form an appendix to the tender documentation. Since no architectural study or relevant surveys have been prepared for the project, their preparation is part of the initial phase fulfillment. A detailed definition of the subject of the public contract, including the technical conditions in the details necessary for the processing of the offer, is given in the annexes to the procurement documentation.
