The subject of the order is the development of the Project in accordance with the applicable Construction Law, Regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of December 20, 2021. regarding the detailed scope and form of design documentation and technical specifications execution and acceptance of construction works and functional and utility program (design documentation including land development design, architectural, construction and technical design) for the construction of: water supply network with connections in Poznań as part of the investment task 3-05-20-059-0 Poznań - water supply network in ul. Szczepankowo (scope 1 and scope 2) along with obtaining a final building permit decision, separate for each scope (AQUANET S.A. allows obtaining a building permit decision construction in electronic form. Whether the building permit will be obtained in paper or electronic form is at the Contractor's discretion.) and performing author's supervision in the implementation phase of works performed on the basis of the documentation subject of the order from the date of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works.
